Product Description

OVERDRIVE AND/OR REVERSE LIGHT INHIBITOR SWITCH that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

TRIUMPH SPITFIRE MkI (FROM 1964), MkII, III, IV & 1500 ; YEARS 1964-1980. (OVERDRIVE INHIBITOR)

TRIUMPH SPITFIRE MkIV ; YEARS 1970-1975. (REVERSE LIGHT INHIBITOR)

This switch is an excellent quality part that is supplied NEW and for reference has the Part No. BAU1074A.

NOTE : This switch has two Lucar electrical spade connectors.

The inhibitor switch simply screws into the gearbox housing and and is a common item to fail through repeated use. If the reverse or overdrive inhibitor switch on your classic not working then this high quality part will make an ideal replacement.
